EASTER IN PRINCETON
ABOUT
At this point we've all heard the stories of abuse, failure, compromise, and burnout. The pastoral landscape in America is littered with the ruins of leaders' families, the leaders themselves, and the churches they hurt. The story has been told again and again.

But what if there was a rich underground stream of leaders who were always doing it differently? What if there were women and men who were always pastoring to bring about the flourishing of others? What if there were leaders who did not have to tell the same old story of burnout and discovering a new way but operated with this sense that it's Jesus who builds his church and that they were simply joining him in that life-giving work? What if there were leaders who did not sacrifice their families, their health, or their values on the illusory altar of success?

In my time in many pastoral circles in my fifteen years of ministry, I have encountered these folks over and over again— people doing faithful, creative, and beautiful work, teaching a big gospel, and seeing lives transformed. I wanted to tell these stories, to give these thoughtful people a platform for their patient, world-changing lives with God and to share their experiences, their vision, and their lives with a growing remnant of people who know deep in their bones, there must be another way.

I cannot wait to introduce you to these beautiful kingdom leaders.
